Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 ml hemp tincture
  • Toppings: chia seeds, hemp seeds, nuts

Instructions

  1. Blend berries, banana, almond milk, and hemp tincture until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. Add desired toppings.
