Pesto
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup hemp oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, add basil, pine nuts, and garlic cloves.
- Pulse until finely chopped.
- Slowly add hemp oil while blending.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
