Pesto

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup hemp oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add basil, pine nuts, and garlic cloves.
  2. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Slowly add hemp oil while blending.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
