Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup hemp oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, adjusting seasoning as needed.
