Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp curry paste
  • 1 lb protein (chicken, tofu, etc.)
  • 2 cups veggies (bell pepper, onion, etc.)
  • 1 ml hemp tincture
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce or salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan, sauté veggies until soft.
  2. Add protein and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in curry paste, followed by coconut milk.
  4. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Add hemp tincture and fish sauce or salt. Stir well.
