Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tbsp curry paste
- 1 lb protein (chicken, tofu, etc.)
- 2 cups veggies (bell pepper, onion, etc.)
- 1 ml hemp tincture
- 1 tbsp fish sauce or salt to taste
Instructions
- In a pan, sauté veggies until soft.
- Add protein and cook until browned.
- Stir in curry paste, followed by coconut milk.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Add hemp tincture and fish sauce or salt. Stir well.
